Grieving Fathers

This group is for fathers (only) who are grieving the death of a child. In this group we cover specific topics such as the grief process, the impact of grief on marriages, the experience of grief as a male and father, parenting your other children, coping skills, and peer support. This group is a supportive environment where fathers support, encourage, and validate one another. This group is confidential and members must agree and adhere to guidelines.

This group is open to aunts, uncles, grandparents, and other special family members who are continuing to grief the loss of a loved one from the 4th of July floods. Each session will discuss how to manage grief, how to support other family members, how trauma impacts grief, and what to expect in the next year. This group is confidential and members must agree and adhere to guidelines.

Parenting Through Grief and Loss
Every Other Friday
12:00 - 1:30 pm
This group is for parents who are struggling in grief from any type of significant loss occurring in the last year. Topics will focus on how grief affects parenting, normalizing experiences related to the loss of a loved one, providing psycho-education on the processes and effects of grief on our daily lives, and how to meet the needs of our children in grief. The group will be a confidential, safe space for participants and will max out at 8 members.
