Parenting Through Grief and Loss
Fridays 12 - 1:30 pm
This in-person group is for parents who are struggling in grief from any type of significant loss. Topics will focus on how grief affects parenting, normalizing experiences related to the loss of a loved one, providing psycho-education on the processes and effects of grief on our daily lives, and how to meet the needs of our children in grief. The group will be a confidential, safe space for participants and will max out at 8 members.
This initial cycle will be 10 weeks, from Aug. 18th through Oct. 27th, skipping the week of Sept. 8th.

High Functioning Teens on the Spectrum
Tuesdays 6 - 7:30 pm
*snacks provided
This group is for high-school teens formally diagnosed as being on the spectrum or having a spectrum diagnosis as a “rule out” from a professional counselor or mental health worker. This group will have a focused topic each week, ranging from social skills, coping with anxiety/OCD, organization, academic stress, transitions, social engagement, stress management, and motivation. The group will be a confidential, safe space for participants and max out at 6 members.
This initial cycle will be 12 weeks, from Aug. 8th through Nov 1st, skipping the week of Oct. 12th.
Group members pay $125 per session, regardless of attendance, as you are paying for your spot.
