I believe loss is inevitable in all life relationships, challenges, and transitions- good and bad. Whether we experience the death of a loved one, an illness, a move to a new city, divorce, or trauma,  we are always grieveing what we left behind. Many times it is difficult to  find a place of understanding to work through these losses. My goal is to honor all of the life experience that a client brings with them into the therapy room, provide a place of understanding and safety, and create a space for growth, thus shaping one's life and memories for the future.
